3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account with bet993. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods belonging to the same person — are strictly prohibited. bet993 employs technical controls and manual review processes to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicates are identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed, and any balances across all accounts will be forfeited.
3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other individual to access the Platform using your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account — regardless of whether you personally initiated it — is your sole responsibility. 3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. Before bet993 processes your first withdrawal request, you are required to complete KYC verification. 3.4 Account Currency. All Accounts on bet993 operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT) are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmation. bet993 does not operate multi-currency accounts — your displayed balance is always in PKR.
3.5 Inactive Accounts. An Account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bet993 will notify you via the registered email address before an Account is classified as inactive. After a further 30-day notice period with no response, bet993 may charge an administrative maintenance fee of Rs 200 per month, deducted from the available Real Balance. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed. You may reactivate your Account at any time by logging in and completing a deposit.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bet993 currently accepts deposits and withdrawal requests via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and USDT (TRC-20 network). bet993 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 500. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Maximum single withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Standard verified accounts may withdraw up to Rs 5,00,000 per day. 4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your bet993 Balance within 30 seconds of successful OTP confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of cleared funds, typically within one business hour during banking hours. USDT deposits are credited upon receipt of the required network confirmations.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. bet993 aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 30 minutes. This timeline applies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Pakistani public holidays. bet993 cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the payment processor, banking institution, or mobile wallet provider once the transfer has been initiated from bet993's end.
4.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. As a standard anti-money-laundering control, withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. bet993 reserves the right to require additional documentation before processing withdrawals to a different method.
bet993 does not charge processing fees on standard JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer deposits and withdrawals. Any fees levied by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network are outside bet993's control and are your responsibility.
4.6 Refusal of Transactions. bet993 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where required by law or regulatory instruction.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by bet993 are subject to specific individual terms stated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer-specific terms:

6.1 General Wagering. All bets placed on bet993 are final once confirmed. bet993 will not cancel or amend bets on the basis of user error following confirmation unless a verifiable technical error on the Platform is demonstrated. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual markets and game products and are displayed at the point of wagering.
6.2 Sports Betting. bet993 sports betting markets — including PSL cricket, ICC events, football, UFC, and kabaddi — are subject to individual market rules available within each market interface. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or subject to circumstances materially affecting the result, bet993 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the applicable Account Balance. 6.3 Casino Games. 11.2 Termination by User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting bet993 support via live chat.
